This article has been developed to address the impact of intermittent fasting on body composition obese individuals. Presently there are about 650 million obesity-affected individuals worldwide. Intermittent is primarily implemented and practised contribute better health conditions weight loss. The prevalence measured by a BMI above 25, identified as overweight 30, obese. paper systematic literature review relevant studies develop understanding idea development.
